It is also possible to stay overnight at the Palace by renting not only the accommodation areas but also the ground floor set up to host events (see the Events section). We provide meals on request. Staying at Palácio Ficalho is an encounter with another time. Much of the Palace’s daily life relies on traditional solutions, as with climate control: windows and shutters are kept closed during the day and opened at night to promote natural cooling and ventilation. The accommodation operates under these conditions.

In the Garden, the tank-style pool, set at the center of an orange grove, offers guests a rural, refreshing experience. There is no lawn. Its colors reflect the dryness that characterizes the region: green when it rains, yellow the rest of the time.
