The water that irrigates the garden enters through an aqueduct constructed in the 17 th century with the sole purpose of supplying the Pal\u00e1cio Ficalho. Water and power meet in this Alentejo garden, known in the family as quintal\u00e3o (in English, \u201cbig yard\u201d). <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
